As many of you know, I am a trained teacher who has worked in education in West Africa for two years with Mercy Ships and I have a heart for training and mentoring teachers. A substantial amount of progress has been made in the education sector, yet there is plenty more to do.

Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Education Science and Technology requested that the teacher mentorship and training services I have been working with, expand to more schools to make an even greater and more sustainable impact in the education sector of the country.
