Thanksgiving in Sierra Leone

As for me in Sierra Leone they don't take American Thanksgiving as a national holiday. So I will be in the schools during the day, but we are hosting a Thanksgiving potluck in our compound. My wonderful housemate Crissa will baking the turkey and pumpkin pie. We are expecting Sierra Leonean, British, Scottish, Korean, Kenyan and American friends to join us. (about 20 people.) We bought a 4kg turkey imported from Peru.
